Who We Are
OUR STORY
As educators, we have seen the mismatch in what industry needs in biotechnology skills from their workforce. BCSI’s founders meet with industry partners to get answers on the skills, degrees, or certificates needed for positions in the biotechnology industry. We also see amazing and talented students with high levels of skill that haven’t attained a degree. These students want to enter the biotechnology industry. Helping our students document the skills they have, as they progress through their education and training, is our driving passion.
